SCoLA has made a submission to the PJC CFS Inquiry into Corporate Insolvency Law focusing on a number of issues relating to insolvency regimes and regulation. Contributors were Professor Jason Harris, Professor Chris Symes, Assoc Professor David Brown, Assoc Professor Anil Hargovan, Assoc Professor Beth Nosworthy and Assoc Professor Michael Duffy.
