Mr Jeremy Birch

Jeremy is a commercial barrister with experience in commercial litigation, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement. He has particular expertise in matters relating to corporations, financial services, and financial markets.

Before joining the bar, Jeremy was a partner in the market leading disputes practice of an international law firm, where he worked in the firm’s offices in Perth, Sydney, Hong Kong, and London. He has also held positions on secondment at in-house litigation teams with two global investment banks and is qualified to practice Australian and US law.

Jeremy holds qualifications in law, science, banking and business from the University of Western Australia, University of London and University of Pennsylvania.
