SCoLA may confer Honorary Life Membership on scholars who have made a sustained and outstanding contribution to the Association or to legal education relating to Corporate Law in Australasia.

SCoLA also acknowledges the pioneering contribution to Australian corporate law scholarship of the late Professor Harold Ford. To celebrate the milestone of Harold Ford’s 90th birthday, please read the attached correspondence.

Nominations may be made are honorary lifetime memberships. Such nominations should be forwarded in writing to the executive committee by the end of the calendar year to be considered on the agenda for the next AGM.
