Rebecca Faugno

Rebecca Faugno is a Lecturer in the UWA Law School where she teaches Corporations Law and Professional & Ethical Practice.

Rebecca's research interests lie in the fields of corporate fraud, corporate governance and corporate responsibility. She is currently working on doctoral research into corporate culture, under the supervision of Professor Elise Bant and Dr Felicity Maher.

Prior to joining the University of Western Australia Rebecca worked in commercial practice and has advised in relation to corporate governance matters (including directors' duties), corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions and large-scale commercial litigation.
